• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 2 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services such as Australia Post, Sendle, or CourierPlease.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. For international orders:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• Delivery may take 7–21 business days depending on the location.

• Customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

🔄 Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, we are unable to reroute the shipment.

❌ Missed Deliveries or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
